Pls see detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

Blood in the urine is always a red flag for us urologist and is always considered a sign of malignancy unless proven otherwise. Conditions that causes blood in the urine would be UTI, stone disease, cancer and anatomical congenital anomalies.

I would request a complete work up to determine the cause of your blood
in the urine. A urinalysis and a kidney uninary bladder prostate ultrasound is the first screening exams. From there we can determine the cause 90% of the time.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes
