Brief Answer:
You don't need further tests. You are HIV negative.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

This test is absolutely conclusive .Definitely you are not infected with HIV and you don't need to do any other test.
Most of infected individuals will test positive within the 3 month after exposure.
A very small number can test positive 6 months after exposure. This is the reason why it is recommended to do a final test 6 months after exposure. In this way is excluded every possibility of infection.
So if you tested negative 7 months after exposure ,you are HIV negative and this is 100% sure.

Don't need to worry about this anymore ,just be careful in the future.

Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have further questions or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards!
