Brief Answer:
You should be further investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Nodular opacity in the lung can be due to many causes like Tuberculosis, lung abscess, Haemangioma, Cysts,Carcinoma etc.
You should be further investigated to know the exact cause of the opacity.
In my opinion, the best investigation is Trans thoracic Needle aspiration. Under the guidance of CT Scan, Needle will be passed and the material collected from the lesion and send for histopathological examination. Exact diagnosis will be confirmed.
As you are 29 years old,it could be a benign lesion.
Hope I answered your query. If you come back with reports,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
