Question: What does it mean if a wet mount shows many squamous epithelia and few wbc?

Squamous epithelia are normal cells lining the Urinary tract or gastrointestinal tract. Presence of Squamous epithelial cells doesn't indicate any abnormality. But presence of WBC may indicate Infection.

I need to know on what sample this test was done ? Urine or Stool ? Also have they mentioned how many WBC ?

It would be better if you could upload the report itself.

The sample was taken by a vaginal swab. The report does not state exactly how many WBC were seen. It only says "few"

Well even in Vaginal swab , normally Squamous epithelial cells and WBCs are since . Few WBCs are normally seen , so no need to worry and no need for any medications.
