MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION:STUDIED SERIAL SECTION SHOWS HYPERPLASTIC AND ACANTHOTIC STRATIFIED SQUAMOUS MUCOSA, SHOWING MODERATE TO SEVERE DYSPLASIA.

IN AREAS INVASION INTO SUBEPITHELIAL TISSUE IS NOTED.
