Brief Answer:
Proper evaluation is required.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
See, Urine infection if not treated well is recurrent.
There is no treatment course of just 2 days. That's why it has come again.
There are two important aspects first is to find out the cause of urine infection and second to treat it.
I advise you following:
1. Give a morning sample of Urine Culture and Sensitivity.
2. After giving sample start on Antibiotic like Levofloxacin till Culture report is available.
3. Get Ultrasound Kidney and Urinary bladder done to rule out stones.
4. Get your blood sugar tested.
5. Drink plenty of water.
Now as far as risk factors are concerned, the most common ones are stones in renal tract, diabetes, infected partner.
I would advise you to follow as discussed above.
Review with reports.
