BACTERIA, URINE HPF      None /HPF      Few
SQUAMOUS EPITHELIAL CELLS, URINE SED, AUTOMATED COUNT, QUAL      None /HPF      Few
MUCOUS, UR SED, QL, AUTOMATED COUNT      None /HPF      Present
What does all this mean?

Thanks for your query ,based on the report of your urine analysis that you have posted it appears that you have UTI.

1) Do you have frequency for urination ,burning ,poor urinary stream etc ?

The findings such as presence of 11-25 WBC ,Bacteria few epithelial cells that have been reported in your urine analysis suggest that you have UTI.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to so that you can take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .

I have had problem with pain on both sides of my back where my kidneys are
since the beginning of this year.

Pain in back could be due to kidney infection or stone.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
