Brief Answer:
Findings may be due to UTI and arthritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by cloudy appearance of urine and presence of excessive WBC,protein and bacteria in urine.UTI is also indicated by positive WBC esterase.

Besides clinical correlation, you need few investigations like Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.

Proper antibiotics should be prescribed based upon culture and sensitivity report.
I also suggest alkalizing syrup to my patients. It helps in changing pH of urine.

Findings also suggests positive ANA and RA factor. It is important to clinically correlate for arthritis.Besides this you may need few X-rays like both hands (AP) and both sacro-iliac joint (PA view).
You may need to take anti rheumatoid medicines based on findings.
It is important know about joint pain, morning stiffness etc.

Answered by Dr. Indu Kumar (13 hours later)
Brief Answer:
As ANA is positive, all autoimmune causes should be excluded like lupus.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Lupus is associated with many clinical features. It need proper evaluation and investigations.
I don't think lip numbness is related to lupus. It may be due to many reasons like mineral deficiency, allergy, sea food poisoning etc.
