Brief Answer:
cervix

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Cervix might have been enlarged due to various reasons like cervical fibroid, polyp, general cervical hypertrophy, cancer cervix etc...

Report says it is not possible to identify cause of cervical hypertrophy based only on imaging by ultrasound scan. You need examination by your gynecologist.
