What Does My Ultrasound Test Report Indicate?

default
Posted on Mon, 27 Jul 2015
Question: Can you please look at my ultrasound pictures and tell me what you see? I'm having issues staying pregnant, lost three pregnancies already. What kind of procedures would you recommend to help me achieve a health viable pregnancy and birth. I had one abortion (vacuum) and my uterus has never been the same after that.

I am having issues with the scar tissue where its blocking the pregnancy from reacting normally. The reason I aborted back in 2007 was because I was very young and got pregnant by accident from an older gentlemen who I did not want to have children with. I was forcefully impregnated. I don't have the report only pics.

I have requested the report and will have in a day or two. The pregnancy is not producing any hcg. My pregnancies after the abortion doesn't produce hcg. What do you recommend and think could be the problem?

Brief Answer:
Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the long delay in my response.
I have gone through history but some points are not very clear to me.
May I ask you those questions?
1) why you develop scar tissue in uterus( any procedure done on it)
2) Have you done your hormonal profile?
3) what you mean by pregnancy not producing hcg hormone. ( have you done your hcg levels) .
Please revert me back with my answers.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Once again sorry for the delay.
Good luck.
Regards

1. Yes blood work was done
2. My hcg is less than 2 but here is the fetus in the pics.
3. Scar tissue was developed after my first abortion back in 2007, since then my pregnancies have not been showing on the HCG part only through ultrasound you will see that I am indeed pregnant. Why is that? What is wrong with me? I have not yet have the recommended surgery to remove scar tissue from the uterus so that my pregnancies can be normal. Now that I am pregnant is not possible to have the surgery. No doctor will touch me in this state now.

What would you recommend to fix my issues with my uterus? Please help me, I've been suffering for a long time not having any answers.

Brief Answer:
Can you please upload your reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the delay but I am quite surprised with your history.
Can you please upload your hormonal profile report and blood report?
When you had beta hcg 2( I want to see that report), usually serial hcg recommended, one time reading has no significance.
But your level found in non pregnant state.
Is foetal heart beat established than do not worry about beta hcg.
You should take hcg and progesterone injection to support your pregnancy right now.
There is no treatment for scar tissue right now, it can be corrected right after delivery.
Scar tissue can be due to asherman's syndrome.
Hope it is of some use.
Regards

Hi thank you so much for all of your help, I'm so grateful. But how much of the HCG and progesterone should I take and when should I take these throughout the day? Do I need a prescription to access these meds? I really want the baby to grow properly. Thank you again

The medical reports also states that I am at risk for infection, what does this mean?

Brief Answer:
You are most welcome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
You are most welcome.
You can take hcg hormone 10,000 injection weekly and progesterone biweekly after consulting your treating doctor .
Yes, you need prescription for it because it is a prescription drug.
Your hb level is low and you are anamic, so opportunities of infection are more common in your case.( eosinphil
As such reports are normal but its shows high eosinophil count, so the chances of infection are there.
Hope found useful.
Good luck

Thank you so much for everything. I'm still looking for a doctor who will take me but haven't found any yet. In the mean time I do want to keep this baby. Can you write me a prescription for the two medicine that I need so that I can act now while I look for a physician please?

What can I do to fix the risk for infection and bring it back down to a normal rate
?

Brief Answer:
You are most welcome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the delay in my response andthanks for your kind words.
Sorry to say but because these are hormonal injections and it should not be prescribed without examination so for that you have to meet your Gynecologist( I can understand your problem).
You have to take a healthy and nutritious diet, drink a lot of water, take lots of fruits and vegetables, take iron ,calcium and folic acid to maintain your haemoglobin level.
The above mentioned advice increase your immunity and decrease the chances of infection.
Hope it is useful.
Good luck.
