Brief Answer:
Uretric obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Mild Pelviectasis means that there is something is that is obstructing the normal urine flow in the ureter ( pipe connecting kidney to the bladder). Here is what you should do

1. Get a CT of the kidney, ureter and bladder. This will tell us whether the obstruction is due to a stone or a stricture
2. Send a urine routine to know if there is an urine infection. More than 10 pus cells/WBC in urine indicates a urinary tract infection which needs to be treated with antibiotics. You should also get a urine culture and a renal function test done.
3. Moderate urinary retention can happen in urinary tract infections.

You must meet a urologist with the CT KUB as soon as possible

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Brief Answer:
Obstructive uropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

Myomas has nothing to do with the obstruction. This has probably something to do with urinary tract infection itself.

I strongly recommend that you get a CT KUB , urine routine, urine culture and renal function test done. Mild pelviectasia when treated early can prevent permanent renal damage later. If you were my patient this is how I would go about it.
You are on the correct treatment for UTI, please continue to take these tablets
