What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Question: Hi Im 8 weeks pregnant and my ultrasound shows 7 weeks with fetus heart not developed. Doctor advised systen for 10 days and will repeat ultrasound. Also due to severe backache doc advised me to have combiflam 3 times a day. What can be the reason is it safe and any chances for fetus development

Also, at 7 - 8 weeks, a proper heartbeat should be seen in the fetus.
At times, you might be having delayed conception.
Can you tell me the date of the last menstrual period ?
Also, did you have regular periods , and can you upload the ultrasound scan report please ?
there might be some chromosomal ( genetic ) defects in the baby, and that is why it fails to develop normally.
God forbid, if you have a pregnancy termination, make sure that the fetus is sent to the lab for a chromosomal evaluation.
Rarely, infections etc might cause such lack of development.
If you had a delayed conception, there is a chance that the repeat scan will show heartbeat.
