Brief Answer:
ultrasound report is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion your ultrasound report seems to be normal.
Normally placenta lies inside the uterus in the upper half over the frontwall ie.,anterior or back wall ie.,posterior wall of uterus or above ie.,fundal region .So in your case it is over the back wall ie.,posterior.
Depending on the weeks of pregnancy the placenta matures. And the maturity of placenta is expressed in terms of grades in ultrasound. So in your case is 0 grade. As the term reaches it becomes grade 3 .The correlation between these grades and function of placenta is variable.
Amniotic fluid pool is adequate means there is adequate liquor or fluid.
No gross anamolies in fetus means no visible congenital abnormalities of fetus are seen .
So overall the report is normal.Take adequate fluids upto 2 litres or more to prevent urinary tract infections which are common in pregnancy.Take good nutritional diet and rest.
Observe your fetal movements which should be atleast 10 in 12 hours of time.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr srilatha
