Brief Answer:
Mild hepatomegly with fatty changes may be due to hepatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests mildly enlarged liver with fatty liver. It is a reversible condition.
It may be due to borderline positive HEV.
HEV is a generally self limiting condition and only need symptomatic treatment.
Total bilirubin is borderline raised. It will be normal after control of infection.
It is important to know SGPT and SGOT level.
You can take vitamin B complex capsule once daily.
You may need Vitamin K supplementation after evaluation.
