just one week back i have been to ultrasound scanning and it is been confirmed that there is evidence of single irregulat intrauterine gest sac ,and no fetal pole,yolk sac and no heart beat and it was my 5th week of my pregnancy.

Till then take tablet micronised progesterone 200mg twice a day daily.
