Brief Answer:
Get back with the needed information for opinion on thyroid function.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Welcome to healthcaremagic.

I have gone through the reports carefully.

Please don't..

1) Don't consume any kind of alcoholic beverages like whisky, beer etc.
2) Don't liberally use over the counter medications especially that are metabolized by liver like paracetomol and other pain killer drugs like brufen. Get proper advise from a doctor prior to intake of any drug.
3) Avoid saturated fatty diet, deep fried food items and other junk foods like pizza etc.
4) Avoid or limit simple sugars like cookies, artificial sweet beverages etc, which builds up as fat over time particularly if you are physically inactive.

Please do

1) Maintain Optimal weight-->Lose weight if you are overweight or obese (Maintain BMI around 21-22)
2) Encourage fiber intake gradually in the form of fruits, vegetable salad's along with your regular meal.
3) Increased physical activity in the form of walking, jogging for 30 minutes for five days a week minimum.
4) Encourage low fat dairy products..Yoghurt or curd can be encouraged which keeps your bowel healthy..

Following the above measures, would surely help improve test parameters significantly..

Deranged thyroid profile report might be of little significance if you don't have clinical symptoms of hyperthyroidism.

Regarding thyroid test derangement, further evaluation is needed to find the cause especially if you have associated clinical symptoms. Otherwise you can follow up with your treating doctor with a repeat thyroid profile test after 2-3 months..

I have answered to my best based on the information provided. Follow up queries are welcome. If you feel satisfied with answer, do accept and rate it.

Regards.
