Brief Answer:
You have to have unprotected sex during her fertile period

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have carefully gone through the given reports and overall they seem fine. However, let me tell you that sometimes it can even take a couple of years for pregnancy to occur. You would have to let the tension go away and need to freely indulge in unprotected sex. The period between the 10th and 18th day of her cycle is the fertile period wherein pregnancy can occur. During this period I would insist on having sex every alternate day (if feasible) and that will increase the chances manifold. The suggestion for alternate day is to ensure that adequate number of sperms can get pooled before they finally get released. Stress is a major impediment and needs to be avoided. Proper and prolonged foreplay is also very important.

Try the mentioned methods and I hope that you would see an improvement.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
