What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?
Question: Sir my sperm count is 3 million/ml .and motility is 10 percent.how can i increase my sperm count?

Your semen analysis findings may indicate low sperm count and low sperm motility.
Normally motility of sperms should be at least 55 % and
Sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Besides proper clinical examination,you may need investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,hormone assay,ultrasound of scrotum.
You may need some medicines like lineator capsules to increase sperm count and motility.It has antioxidant properties which is good for healthy sperms.
You should have a healthy and stress free life style with exercise.You should take nutritious diet rich in anti oxidants.
Avoid smoking,drinking and avoid wearing tight undergarments.
If findings persists then it may need repeat IUI.
