Brief Answer:
Normal semen analysis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I understand your concerns about semen analysis.

Your semen analysis report is normal. There are >40% motile sperms. This is absolutely normal semen parameters but reported wrong as asthenoteratospermia.

Please add more details about your wife so that I am better able to help you.

What is her age? Has she got any hormonal, ultrasound or HSG tests done? If so please attach reports.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Increased age

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for additional information.

FSH is reduced which is good. Increased FSH is a concern.

Please get AMH hormone tested along with antral follicular count during transvaginal ultrasound scan on day 2 of her cycle. These tests are to assess her ovarian reserve as her age is more ( 42 years) which could be reason for not getting pregnant.

I dont see anything wrong from your side.

Brief Answer:
Delayed periods

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Delayed periods could be due to perimenopausal changes.

Decreased ovarian reserve leads to delayed periods.

Please get her ovarian reserve tested

Brief Answer:
Lead stress free relaxed life with more rest

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Loss of libido at your age is not related to physical problems.

It is generally due to exhaustion from work and stress due to profession or any other reason. These factors need to be corrected. Please get these factors corrected by removing stress related issues.

Try to take more rest in work and after work. Medicines are not required for you. All you need is stress free and relaxed life. If possible take a month off from work and see if it makes difference.
