Brief Answer:
Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I read your query and I understand your concern s. Following is my reply

1. You have excellent parameters like Sperm count, morphology and motility.

2. Unfortunately there is increased liquefaction time and WBC presence both of which suggest infection.

3. Please get semen culture and sensitivity test done to check the organism growing and antibiotics sensitivity. You can take medicines accordingly.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Brief Answer:
Details

Detailed Answer:
Hi

1. White blood cells (WBC) in semen appear when there is infection.

2. This is supported by fact when viscosity is high. It should be normal not high.

3. Liquefaction time has to be less than one hour. But here its increased.

4. All above 3 parameters suggest presence of infection.

5. We have to find which organism responsible for this infection. Hence need to do test called culture and sensitivity.

6. This test shows which is organism causing this and what antibiotics will be effective to treat this.

7. This is not hereditary.
