You need to consult a Nephrologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic & Thanks for your question.
By these reports it does seem that she has pyelonephritis.
Please do let me know the report for BUN, Creatinine, Sodium & Potassium also. These are blood reports.
I can then advise you to the correct course of management.
You would need to consult a Nephrologist in any case.
Take care & do let me know.

Brief Answer:
She should get better. Please tell her present condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
Are you being treated by a Nephrologist?
Cure would be difficult to say. If her Creatinine or Potassium rises she might require Dialysis at a later date.
That is why I asked these test results.
The reports provided by you do not appear very bad & she should recover.
What does the treating Physician have to say & what problems is she facing presently. Please tell some more details of her case. How much urine is she passing daily. Is she having fever on & off? Are there any breathing problems?
Do let me know
Take care.
Dr Rishi.

Brief Answer:
Please send blood reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hello & Thanks for your reply.
This seems to be a recent infection episode & she should recover as most parameters appear normal. The only problem is that she is old & all diseases take a lot of time to recover, if at all. But the treatment appears to be alright. Best would be to continue the same & wait for early recovery. Im sure they would be doing regular blood tests & as long as the TLC count is in control then the infection is likely controlled. They could do a blood culture & give antibiotics according to that report. This might help.
Take care & do let me know the blood reports if you have.
