Brief Answer:
LDH is a non-specific test and it may be increased in many conditions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings suggests mildly increased LDH(lactate dehydrogenase) level.
LDH is found in many body tissues especially heart, liver, kidney, muscles, brain, blood cells, lungs etc.
Normal value range is 105 - 333 IU/L (international units per liter). However, normal value may vary slightly among different laboratories.
Lactate dehydrogenase test is a non-specific test and it may be used in the evaluation of a number of diseases and conditions.
You need proper clinical examination and cause of increased LDH should be evaluated.
You may need investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, renal function test, lipid profile, urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.
Specific test for organ can be done after clinical assessment.
Increased LDH is seen in many conditions like hepatitis, pancreatic abnormality, muscle injury, ischemia, heart attack, malignancy etc.

So,you need further evaluation and specific treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
