Brief Answer:
Get further investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Your lipid profile seems to be within range. However I am worried about your deranged liver enzymes.
They might be due to Alcohol consumption, Pain killer intake, Cholesterol medicines like Atorvastatin, Viral Hepatitis.
If you are taking any Medicine for cholesterol issues that might be affecting your liver leading to rise in liver enzymes.
In case you are not taking any Medicine and you don't even consume alcohol then you would require following investigations:
1. Anti HCV Antibody for Hepatitis C.
2. HBsAg for Hepatitis B.
3. Ultrasound Abdomen.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
Get tested.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
In that case this might be due to alcohol consumption.
Still i would recommend you to get Hepatitis C tested and an Ultrasound of Abdomen done.
I would advise you not to consume alcohol.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
