Brief Answer:
If you keep totally abstain, good chance to pass comfortably DVLA CDT test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The DVLA medical test does not correlate with the amount of alcohol consumed but to prolonged consumption of alcohol (>60 g/day for over a week at least). It will take 1 to 2 months to get CDT at normal levels. Yours is 2.1, so it will continue getting reduced until you get the test if you keep abstaining.

Good chances to pass comfortably.

Good luck!
