Please find attached the medical history of my son who has been suffering by Cerebral Palsy (CP), therefore you are requested to let me know the suitable solution for him to proceed further.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The reports and prescription shows cerebral palsy with increased tone.
The treatment is mostly supportive.
Physiotherapy should be regularly done.
IQ assessment should be done and the kid may be sent to special school.
There is no proven role of any medication or surgery for improvement.
