Brief Answer:
Neeru has iron deficiency anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

I have seen the reports and found the following abnormal findings:
Slightly raised CRP
Low iron levels, hemoglobin, MCV, MCH, MCHC
Slightly raised alkaline phosphatase
Raised lipoproteinA
Raised eosinophil count

Raised CRP and Lipoprotein A point towards high risk for developing heart condition in future. Neeru may take extra precautions like exercising daily for atleast 30 min a day. Take healthy foods like fruits and salad, avoiding high calorie foods like ghee, sweets, chocolates etc.

Low iron levels, hemoglobin, MCV, MCH, MCHC suggest iron deficiency anemia. I advise syrup Dexorange 1 tbsp 2 times a day daily for atleast 3 months.

Raised eosinophil count point towards allergy or fungal infection. I suggest an antiallergic medicine like cetirizine as required and also drink cleaner water preferably from RO system.

Raised alkaline phosphate is an isolated finding. I would suggest that we repeat the test in 1 month. Meanwhile taking precautions not to take anything that can damage liver e.g medicines like pain-killers, antibiotics, alcohol, etc.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
