Before giving you my opinion I would like to check your ecg image by my self. The data you provided are generated by ecg machine, however they should be evaluated by a health professionals.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

After reviewing your ecg image I would like to say that there's a long PR segment. However the PR is within the norm (it's not bigger than 220 ms) and shouldn't be considered problematic.

The only abnormal findings is a QS in leads III that may be normal or a sign of old inferior myocardial infarction.

This is why I strongly recommend that you should do a complete cardiac evaluation including:
- Cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring
- Stress test

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

You have uploaded again the same ecg image. However let me explain you again.

There's a Qs in lead III which may be a sign for old infarction. However since the Qs finding is only in the lead III it may be a variant of norm.

In order to properly evaluate your case (and to differentiate between old infarction or a variant of norm) is recommended to do all above mentioned cardiac exams.

Wish you health!

Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

You have uploaded three times the same ECG image, which has been interpreted.

Moreover I would like to say that heart problems may happen in any age and.even.if you are symptomfree.

This is why it's essential to do all above mentioned exams to properly evaluate your health.

Wish you health!
