Question: Diagnosed with "lumen showing multiple non shadowing echogenic foci" in gall bladder.

It is the Radiologist's impression that is most important.
The gall bladder stones show echogenicity as well as the same by the polyps, but it is the stones which show shadowing also. Polyps/polypi do not show any shadowing at all.
Hence the report is most indicative of polypi.
This can be confirmed by limited section CT scan/ review high resolution or 3-D ultrasonography
Few more points are: mobility on changing the position of the patient while doing ultrasound- the stones can be XXXXXXX while the polyps are not or less XXXXXXX
