Brief Answer:
Very critical

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the attached reports.
I am sorry to say that your baby is very critically ill.
Baby was revived after 14 minutes of birth and reports suggest severe acid built up ( acidosis).
The chances of recovery are still there but not very bright especially with kidney not producing enough urine.
The current treatment which the child needs is what he's getting currently - Intensive care. No need to change facility ( even transporting baby is very dangerous to her life).
You are in good hands. Let them try their best to save your baby.
Any signs of improvement will take atleast few more days.
Don't lose hope.
Many such babies have survived such severe condition. Newborn babies brain is more resistant to lack of oxygen, keep your hopes alive.
Get regular updates from your treating doctor.
Let me know if you need further information.
Regards.
Dr Arun
