Hi,

I understand your concern.

Can you please send a copy of the test reports yo me to analyse them myself? I need to have a look at the reference ranges your lab is using.

Brief Answer:
Fatty liver/alcohol drinking could have altered these parameters as follow

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the tests reports.

As I was going through them, I could notice as following:

There is a slight increase in all parameters you mentioned earlier.

With regards to liver ALT and AST, and taking into account your high cholesterol levels, most probably, you're having fatty liver. An abdominal ultrasound is further advised to check it out.

Furthermore, if you use to drink alcohol, that could also explain elevated liver transaminases (TA).

Your cholesterol levels are also slightly elevated, most probably due to foods you consume.

So, at your age, all these are signals warning to take appropriate measures. Changing into a healthy diet together with increased physical activity can improve these parameters.

I would also recommend to run blood tests to exclude hepatitis.

Hope it was of help!
