What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?
Question: I am suffering with pain during motion and went for scan as per the doctor suggestion. He suggested to go for operation based on report, please provide your advice. Attached is the report for reference.

The report you have uploaded clearly shows the presence of abscess in inter spincteric region of region of Anus with sinus tract extending inferiorly.
This has to be surgically corrected by draining abscess and closure of sinus. It can be performed as a day care procedure, hence there is no need to worry and take your treating doctor's advise to undergo surgery as soon as possible, because if its left untreated, there are very high chances of worsening of condition with extension of sinus and abscess.
