Brief Answer:
Cancer of duodenum with spread to hepatic artery

Detailed Answer:
hello,
your mother has a neuroedocrine tumor which is a cancer involving neuroendocrice cell which are found in the intestines.
the tumor is originating from the duodenum which is the beginning of the small intestine. it has spread around the hepatic artery which is a blood vessel supplying blood to the liver
the contraction of your heart is not completely normal.
your mother needs a surgery in which a part of the stomach and the first part of the intestine ( duodenum) is removed and the jejunum ( second part of the small intestine us attached to the stomach.this is called billroth ii surgery.
during the surgery the tumor spread around the hepatic artery will also be removed.the gall bladder will also be removed( cholecystectomy)
hope this helps

Brief Answer:
Angiography not a cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
hello
the ct angiography shows tat one of the blood vessels which supplies blood to the heart is in an abnormal position( this was there since birth and is not a cause for concern)
the xray suggests that the heart is enlarged which is probably due to high blood pressure.
there is some problem with the spine which would need a Ct for further evaluation.
hope this helps
