What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hi,
Please see my report taken by fertility clinic.Currently on prescribition of Cabgolin .25 mg for 3 days once and Cetapine XR 500 mg for twice a day.
REPORTS
T2 102.91 ng/dl,T4-7.30 ug/dl,TSH-1.09 uIu/mL
AMH-2.3 ng/mL-doctor says its Low Normal
Insulin 34.77 mU/L
Testosterone 57.08 ng/dl
LH-6.05 mIu/mL , FSH-5.68 mIu/mL ,Prolactin-33.43 ng/mL,Estradiol 44 pg/mL.
Any Suggestions on this report? I have already done one cyst removal lapscropic surgery before 2 months on my left ovary. On Real time B mode Ultrasonagraphy of Pelvis , i had left ovary size 1.7 *1.6*1.52 cms whereas right ovary as 6*3.2*3.6 cms.
Does it implies left ovary had less function over right.And also i have delayed periods normally 50 days once.And also only for one day i had that.

Why are you taking cetaphine, are you diagnosed as a case of PCOD, diabetes or are you overweight?
As in your reports your prolactin level is high.
Rest of the report are within normal limits except tag slightly lower side.
In your ultrasound reports is there any cyst present?
Can you please give me some details about your symptoms?
Why you had these test?(due to difficulty in conceiving).
For high prolactin level, have you done your CT scan head to rule out pitutary adenoma?

Doctor Doesn't say about the CT Scan head.Doctor prescribe Cetapine tablet to lower the Insulin level.It has been nearly 1 year since i get married so went to checkup.
Usually i had joints pain during my periods and also irregular periods since my puberty age of 12 .Had one lemon Cyst in left ovary removed in Mid of 2013 by laproscopic.Doctor says that they break the little cysts.
Symptoms which i notice
1) Fat in Belly Area.(My weight 60,Age 30,Height:5.3'')
2) Joint Pains
3)Bloating in the intestine.
had brown stool now after taking the tablet

I have gone through your symptoms and history and in my opinion you are suffering from PCOD ( polycystic ovarian disease).
Bloating and brown stool is a side effect of citaphine.
You should continue your treatment and lifestyle changes are helpful in its treatment.
You can yoga and meditation, do some exercise, take healthy and nutritious diet low in carbohydrates and fats.

From XXXXXXX to April 2015 ,i had these tablet.I had period on May 1st,2015(lasted for only 1 and 1/2 day) .
From May i dont take duphaston ,so i missed my period and it comes on XXXXXXX 19th with the help of meprate on 5 days.
After XXXXXXX 24,2015 , i have been taking cetapine and cabgolin .25 mg.The problem is that i have been holding periods today.Please advice it is right to have these.Can i recheck insulin and Prolactin level now?
