Brief Answer:
There may be infection in right upper lung.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings suggests that there is homogeneous convex shaped opacity in right upper lung filed. It may be due to infection(pneumonitis).
Patient may empirically need broad spectrum antibiotics after clinical evaluation.
This condition need follow up X-rays.
It is generally not due to cancer.
If findings persists then patient may need further investigations.
Patient may also need routine investigations like hemogram, etc.

There are also fibrolinear densities in the left upper lung field. It may be due to past healed infection.Fibrosis and calcification indicate healed past infection.

Rests of the findings like heart size, bones, ribs, trachea,CP angles and diaphragm are normal.
