Brief Answer:
Need to correlate clinically, infection and mild anemia

Detailed Answer:
Dear,
welcome to HCM
Your findings are of increased neutrophils counts and moderately high creatinine levels, with low Hemoglobin and RBC indices that is suggestive of anemia.

It is important to know that in wht clinical context these tests were done.

To interprete these findings in clinical terms, an acute infection with co morbid anemia appears likely. Without knowing the associated clinical symptoms it will not be appropriate to comment on elevated creatinine levels, as such a levels can be seen in normal conditions and they may also indicate acute and chronic kidney problems.

I would request you for the following information
1) For what primary reason these test were advised? What are you chief complaints?
2) Any complaints of swelling, fever, change in frequency of urination, difficulty in breathing? pain in abdomen, back?
3) body and joint aches, throat infection in recent past?
4) existing conditions of hypertension, diabetes, etc.

Is important to study the clinical symptoms and correlate these findings with it.

For now there appears no major reason to be worried.
Kindly revert back soon with above informations and further queries.
thank you and have a nice day.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Investigate for renal pathology, urinanalysis, consulation to nephrologist

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Thank you for the information.

The test findings suggestive of anemia that is likely due to blood loss, in the context of renal pathology could be indicative of hematuria(blood in urine). Moreover, an associated raised WBC counts and high creatinine level warrants us to investigate and consider a condition of acute renal failure.
However, from your information there lacks any clinical indicator that is suggesting possibility of such condition.
The symptoms of depression(fatigue, loss of energy, loss of interest in daily routine, low mood, sleep problems, etc if present) may actually be due anemia.

Before we consider treatment and management, our primary target is to establish a condition.
The evidences are sufficient enough to think for possibility of an occult renal pathology. And therefore we shall with the help of investigations, should look to rule out important causes and confirm a definite problem and further work in the line of management.

my suggestions to you are
1) A consultation to nephrologist will help and is advisable. He can conduct clinical examinations and history workup.
2) A complete urinanalysis including microscopic and biochemical studies and an USG abdomen. These two investigations are required. It will help us knowing the function of kidney, if presence of any blood in urine, any urinary infection, etc. USG ABDOMEN can yeild is finding related the chronic kidney disorders if present.
3) It is important that we also correct the anemia, which can also be discussed with the doctor.

Age of 30 years, no diabetes and hypertension history are few good indicators.
Again I would say that there is no need to panic and worried, but a timely consulation and intervention will be helpful and prevent any further complications.

You can write back anytime for more suggestions.
