Brief Answer:
means severe urinary infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

The report means your husband is having severe urinary tract infection. And in 1ml urine that much organisms are there. The reason could be due to dehydration or urinary tract stones or diabetes mellitus. In culture report , sensitive to antibiotic also will be given.

He needs to take that antibiotics with alkanising syrup and drink more water.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Brief Answer:
confirm diabetic status

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

He needs to be started on that antibiotic for 7 days with alkanising syrup and he has to drink more water.

His sugar is on higher side. If he is non diabetic then I suggest to get fasting sugar level and HbA1c to diagnose diabetes and start treatment.

If he is already known diabetic then his antidiabetic dose needs to be increased under guidance of his doctor .

For convulsions no need to change drugs but be cautious because during infection chances of getting convulsions increases.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.
