Brief Answer:
dyslipidemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From the reports i guess he is a little overweight for his height (obese??).
I can say that because his liver has excess fat and his liver enzymes are elevated.
He also has low HDL, high TG and mildly elevated LDL, all are risk factors for the development of heart problems.
Low MCV and normal erythrocyte count is unusual and may be seen in iron defeciency and certain blood disorders.
I would recommend him to start exersicing, cut down body fat, moderate his diet for the next two months and repeat these tests. if there is no improvement in lipid profile, he requires certain drugs called statins.
I guess he does not have diabetes, if he does, he should keep his sugar levels in control. Let him stop alcohol and smoking if he is habituated.
His low MCV may be managed by taking iron tablets (eg: tab. orofer XT) ONCE A DAY for 2 months.
Note: For further follow up on digestive issues share your reports here and Click here.
