Brief Answer:
prediabetic, slight increase cholesterol, low iron, low vitamin d

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

(1)The cholesterol is slightly elevated, because the increase in mild, physical activity and a slight adjustment in diet would be enough to change this.

The diet would need to increase in fiber content- fruits, vegetables, whole grain foods

(2)the HbA1c is in the prediabetic range. This means that it does not put you as a diabetic but it says that you are at risk of becoming a diabetic at some point in the future.
This can take weeks to years, it varies

Again exercise and using healthy diet can delay the full blown diabetes

Some persons also use a medication called metformin to help delay the diabetes

(3)kidney function is normal based on the BUN, creatinine and GFR results

(4)The alkaline phosphatase aspect of the liver function tests is slightly high and would need to be monitored.
GGT, another liver enzyme , can be considered for completeness sake. This is sometimes high when the alkaline phospatase is high

(5)the low iron and transferrin saturation indicate that your iron levels are a little low though not low enough to cause the HB to decrease. Your normal Hb means that you are not anemic but you may still want to determine the cause of the low iron

A stool test would determine if there is any loss of blood in the stool

The low MCH, MCHC are due to the decreased iron.

The other aspects of the complete blood count are normal

(6)Vitamin d levels are also very low. Vitamin D supplements are needed to help with this

Summary--(1) diet and exercise to help reduce cholesterol and hold off diabetes
(2)consider metformin
(3)low iron (transferrin sat, mch, mchc)-- need to find the reason for the low value with stool tests to see if there is any occult (hidden) blood loss
(4)low vitamin d levels, replacement is needed

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
