-6.75 in both eyes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per the report attached the error was noted as -6.75 in both the eyes. There is also noted, in the left eye there is stye, an infection of the oil gland on the innerside of the lower left eye lid. It can partially be because of unhygiene practice during wearing and removing of contact lenses.

You can show the prescription to the optometrist at shop to prepare the spectacle.
