Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
DRUG INDUCED EP MANIFESTATIONS means extrapyramidal manifestations caused by various drugs like metaclopramide, antipsychotic medications and various other medications.
Please tell what all symptoms he was having?
Was he taking any chronic medication earlier?
Was he having any involuntary movements?

Brief Answer:
Side effect of antipsychotic drug

Detailed Answer:

Hi dear,
Welcome back.
Psychiatric medications like antipsychotic drugs are known to cause extrapyramidal side effects like muscular dystonia.
The effect will wane off only once the antipsychotic medications are stopped.

Please get back to me if you have further queries.
