Posted on Mon, 25 Sep 2017
Question: hi I am 33 year old male. Recently I did vitamin B12 test and it came out to be 154 pg/ml. I get tired easily and also have GERD issues. Does this level of B12 need any medication. I have little high cholesterol levels as well.
Total Cholesterol : 214
HDL - 36.5
LDL - 158.1
VLDL - 19.4
Triglycerides - 97
LDL/HDL ratio - 4.33

I don't smoke or drink. Physical activities are limited to walking.
Should I be concerned about my cholesterol and vitamin B12 levels . And should I start taking any medications

Brief Answer:
Should take for Vitamin b12

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I am Dr Anshul Varshney for your help.
Your cholesterol levels are high but medicines are not indicated in that case.
My recommendations would be exercise, weight reduction, low fat diet.
Your symptoms can be due to vitamin B12 deficiency. For this my advice would be to take Cap Neurokind Gold once daily for at least 3 months.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
