Brief Answer:
Osteopenia needs treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The attached reports show osteopenia- bone thinning due to low levels of calcium and vitamin D3 in the body. At your age this is commonly associated with dietary deficiency and lack of adequate exercise.
Low levels of Vitamin D3 further confirm this. Vitamin B12 levels are normal.
I would like to ask whether you have liver or kidney disease or malabsorption due to causes like irritable bowel syndrome, polyps.

Are you taking any medicines, which also cause low vitamin D levels like- phenytoin, phenobarbital, and rifampin.

We need to rule out above-mentioned causes for vit D deficiency.

Along with finding cause, we need to supplement you calcium. You can consult your treating physician who will prescribe you tablets like shelcal.

Continue taking vitamin D supplements as prescribed.

At the same time, we need to give you proper diet rich in Vit D like fish, liver, and processed milk.

I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
