Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Vitamin D deficiency needs to be corrected by vitamin d supplements.
Vitamin D is given for 2 months weekly to make up the deficiency.
Vitamin D level needs to be repeated at the end of 2 months.
Vitamin D can be obtained naturally through sun light.
Exposure to sunlight helps the skin to produce vitamin D naturally.
Vitamin B 12 deficiency is also corrected by vitamin B 12 supplements in the form of injections as well as oral supplements.
Your doctor has prescribed an oral preparation.

Vitamin B 12 levels should also be repeated after 1-2 months.
Natural foods rich in vitamin B 12 are curd, milk. meat, fish etc.
