Brief Answer:
Findings may indicate mildly raised WBC count.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Findings may indicate mildly raised WBC count.Granulocyte means neutrophils(type of WBC) are also raised. It may be due to infection. It is important to know symptoms and reason for investigation.
You may need clinical correlation. It is not a serious finding and WBC count may become normal after control of infection.

Findings also suggests decreased sodium and chloride level.I suggest to take extra salt and you may take ORS solution also.

Rest of the findings are normal.

Hope I have answered your query.
