Brief Answer:
Inflammatory marker, Subclinical hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.

1. ESR
ESR is not a marker of any particular disease. It can be increased in any infections ( like flu, chest infection, urinary infection etc) or some inflammatory conditions like arthritis. Your values are not very high.

2. TSH

Your TSH is slightly elevated. This happens when your thyroid is not producing enough thyroid hormones. Again the value is not very high. Please check additional tests like T3, T4 and anti thyroid antibodies to decide if treatment is needed.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you
