Brief Answer:
Anemia due to folic acid & B12 deficiency with low testosterone

Detailed Answer:
Dear Shammi, Hi
Good morning!
Gone through the history and the uploaded results for various lab tests.
I can understand your concern.
The lab results are suggestive of anemia apparently caused by deficiency of Vitamin B12 & Folic acid.
There is also a deficiency of Vitamin D & Testosterone (the male hormone responsible for sexual desires and activity).
Before I suggest you something, I would like to know the following information

1. For how long you have been having these problems?
2. Do you take alcohol or smoke?
3. Do you have any other medical illness?
4. Do you have any stress or psychological issues?

Awaiting your reply.

Best regards.
