I understand your concern.

I have gone through your reports,it could be Alcoholic hepatitis with fatty liver.

I advise you to get a Liver ultrasound and blood test for HbsAg to rule out gall stones and viral hepatitis.

Continue with your present medication.

Avoid fatty food consumption and alcohol abstinence is must.

Diet rich in fiber and oat meal will be helpful.

If any obstructive changes like gall stones detected in the ultrasound,stone dissolving drugs will be indicated.
