Brief Answer:
you should adopt healthy life style

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
Your levels of Blood sugar,Cholesterol and LDL are high.
First of all I suggest you to get your Post meal 2 hr blood sugar(PP2BS)and HBA1C testing done to confirm whether you have XXXXXXX diabetes or you have impaired fasting glucose.your cholesterol should remain below150 and LDL should remain below 100.
I suggest you following healthy life style changes
1.Avoid fatty and fast food. You must restrict your oil intake to less than 750gm a month. You may choose different oils alternatively as none is perfect.
2.You should avoid sweets,sugar,jaggery,ice cream,pastries and cakes.
3.You must perform daily exercise like jogging or brisk walking or swimming or cycling 30 minutes a day.
4.You should perform muscle resistance training exercise like weight lifting and other gym exercise 30 min a day atleast twice a week.(If no other contraindication in relation to your age and any other conditions)
5.you must avoid smoking(I am sure you are not a smoker) and alcohol.
6.Avoid undue stress and tension and maintain your weight.
7.Yoga and meditation will help to keep your mind healthy,
Having followed above measures recheck your lipid profile after 3 months and if the target level is not achieved then we may consider lipid lowering medicine like statin.Kindly get your PP2BS and HBA1C done and inform me reports,
My best wishes
Dr.Teli.
