What Does My Blood Pressure Reading Indicate?
Question: What happens if I took my blood pressure (Candesartin/Hetz 16/12.5mg) twice by accident? I've been so busy this morning that I forgot if I took it already (silly, I know). Should I risk taking it now, with the possibility one hour earlier? Or is it better to not take it, with the risk I didn't take it before and will go a day without taking my medication?
Brief Answer:
try to count pills
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
If possible try and count your pills from the last time you got it filled and figure it out.
If you cannot then skip it for today.
You can get in trouble with passing out and other complications if your blood pressure goes too low.
Skipping one day's dose is usually not a big deal.
If this is a recurrent problem then get a pill box and put out the dose for each day in it so that you know if you have taken it or not
Let me know if you have further questions

Thank you. Unfortunately it's not possible to count my pills. I have left for work and took an extra BP pill to take just in case.
I will skip my dose today. Thank you.
