Brief Answer:
this is precancerous lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

This biopsy is suggestive of a precancerous lesion but there is no evidence of XXXXXXX cancer. If left to itself, around 10% progress to XXXXXXX cancer over time.

Mostly we recommend excision of the area, either by conventional knife surgery or by laser or cryotherapy. After that regular follow up.

If this has already been done in you, then no further surgery is required.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
laser is bit faster

Detailed Answer:
Cryotherapy involves freezing the cells by extreme cold temperature.

Knife surgery is perfectly fine. You can certainly go home and get in touch with doctor there. No need to wait for the doctor to return from vacation.
